Shipping Shock
Fragrances may smell weaker or slightly different immediately after delivery. This is caused by movement and temperature changes during transit, which temporarily disturb the scent molecule distribution.
Solution: Let the bottle rest at room temperature for 24-72 hours. Spray a few times to allow air into the atomizer. The fragrance will return to its normal performance.
Customs and Duties
Any additional charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) upon arrival are the buyer's responsibility. To help reduce customs fees, we declare a lower value on the courier invoice.
