Affinessence’s Base Notes collection was inspired by a love of rich, lingering scents and is made entirely of essences that are traditionally used to underpin fragrances. The master perfumier combines Moroccan atlas and fresh cedar with a refined natural ingredient: Florentine iris absolute in Cedre-Iris. This woody-powdery base is mellowed by a drop of benzoin and a dash of myrrh, while guaiac wood and incense electrify the intense fragrance.
